I’m Yelena Cottrell, a trichologist, hair educator, and licensed cosmetologist since 2009. My teaching brings practical styling skills together with attention to the hair underneath the style.

Can I start as a beginner?
Yes. The current private class is open to new and experienced braiders. Tell us where you are starting so we can discuss the right focus.
How long is the class, and what should I bring?
